You thought life would be figured out by now, but it doesn’t look the way you expected. You find yourself questioning your choices, your direction, and whether your life really feels like yours. At times, the questions get even bigger: “What am I even doing all of this for?” You replay decisions and overthink what the “right” choice is supposed to be. Nothing you do ever feels enough. It’s becoming a struggle to feel at ease when things aren’t fully clear. To others, it may seem like you have it together, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from yourself.
Therapy is for anyone who wants to live, love, think, and feel better. As an Asian American therapist, I consider how racial and cultural identity shape experiences of existential anxiety, grief, and depression. I offer a space to slow down and step out of the mental load, so you can make room for your own questions instead of rushing past them.
