You’re doing your best to hold everything together, but under the surface, you might feel stuck, anxious, exhausted, or like no one truly sees you. As a queer, non-binary, mentally-ill, bilingual counselor with both lived and professional experience working with immigrant and marginalized communities, I offer a space grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect.

I specialize in working with folks navigating trauma, identity, and major life changes. My approach is collaborative, relational, and insight-oriented, drawing from psychodynamic and multicultural frameworks to help you explore what’s shaped you, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build a life that is meaningful on your own terms.

我服务的来访者,常常是那些内心有很多感受,却从小学会了“不能说”、“没人懂”、“说了也没用”的人。Ta们可能正经历情绪的困扰(如抑郁、焦虑、情绪起伏大)、创伤后的反应、对身份的怀疑(比如关于性别、性取向、文化归属感),也可能正在从一段关系、一段病程或一个人生阶段中醒来…想重新认识自己,却不知道从哪开始。 Ta们渴望一种安全的关系,一个可以不用伪装的空间,并希望有人可以听懂他们说不出口的部分,帮Ta们理清混乱的情绪与内在矛盾。Ta们想活得更真实、更自由,也想在不被“定义”的同时,找到属于自己的方向。在这个过程中,我并不会“修好你”,而是陪伴你一起走过荆棘路。我们会一起整理你身上的伤痛,从而发现藏于你身心的力量。

我是一个非二元、酷儿、有心理疾病、华人背景的心理咨询师,目前在纽约提供线上与线下服务。我曾陪伴经历创伤、情绪低谷、身份迷茫、思觉失调等心理挑战的来访者,也服务过不少第一次接受心理咨询、长期被忽视或边缘化的人群。我们会使用你舒服的语言进行咨询(普通话或英语皆可),从你的人生故事出发,一起探索什么是你真正需要的。 我的咨询风格是温和并有力的–我融合人本、心理动力、多元文化和创伤知情的方法,帮助你看清内心的冲突、理解情绪背后的需求,也练习建立更稳固的自我边界和关系方式。
