I am Dr. Yun Chen, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, OCD, relationship distress, and related disorders. I practice acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). My therapy style features curiosity, flexibility, open-mindedness, and goal-oriented.
