Allison Ly (she/her) works with first and second generation adults. Her goal is to help her clients create the happy and healthy relationships they crave most without sacrificing their own dreams, desires and health along the way. Allison helps her clients, who grew up prioritizing others, find ways to take care of themselves while STILL supporting their families and loved ones in a meaningful way. Allison has an online therapy practice for high-achieving adults who reside in California. She is also a course creator, speaker and coach for first and second generation adults who are looking to strengthen their relationships with their loved ones.
