I believe in providing a calm, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. In our work together, my goal is to support you in exploring your inner world, gaining insight into your experiences, and moving toward meaningful growth and healing.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, racial identity, intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges, boundary-setting, and perfectionism. I have a special interest in supporting Asian Americans and bring a culturally attuned lens to our work.

I use an integrative approach that is person-centered and strengths-based. I take time to understand you within the context of your life experiences: your values, beliefs, and the patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll explore ways to cope with life’s challenges, heal from past or present wounds, and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
