Hi, I’m the owner of Chapters Within Therapy! I identify as a Korean American, heterosexual, cisgender woman who believes all people are good, long to connect, and deserve to love and be loved. The intersectionality of my identities allows me to understand different privileges and oppressions that contribute to my perspectives and beliefs as a therapist and a person. I hope to create safe and collaborative spaces with my clients in order to explore and identify the experiences within their life chapters that affect their present-day dynamics. I work through a holistic perspective including Adlerian, IFS, mindfulness, and CBT frameworks to support the therapeutic growth of clients.
As a mental health provider, I value people’s courage and openness to pursue mental health care. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, past trauma, or general life-transitional struggles, I am dedicated to working collaboratively with you to support and guide your growth within the different chapters of your life. I work in one-on-one settings to provide an inclusive, non-judgemental, collaborative, and safe space to explore life goals, struggles, joys, and desires.
I currently provide telehealth sessions.
