With over 10 years experience in the field, I am a biracial (Filipino-Scandinavian) psychologist with a private practice in San Francisco. Specializing in the intersection of BIPOC, LGBTQ+ gender, sexual & relational diversity (GRSD) and neurodiversity. Offering both in-person and video call therapy. I am particularly attuned to issues related to being multiracial, third culture kids (TCK), historical & genealogical trauma, intergenerational conflict, decolonization & reclamation. Explorations of identity related to gender, sexuality, ethnicity and consciousness are often a vital component. We may utilize experiential approaches integrating East-West, shamanic and intuitive as well as metacognitive and dialectical frameworks. Please see my website for more information. Free initial consultation available.

I am a founding member of Bay Area Open Minds, a 200+ strong network of therapists affirming diversity in sexuality and gender. In 2022, I authored the book “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Journal: Prompts and Techniques to Practice Acceptance While Building the Life You Want.” I have been a subject matter expert on the 2022 revision of the CPLEE, the state licensing exam for psychologists. My doctoral dissertation investigated technology addiction through the creation of a problematic smartphone use scale. I am currently working on a number of creating writing manuscripts in my free time.

As a Gen Xer raised in a primarily Latinx community in Southern California who has now lived most of my life in San Francisco, I bring an array of intercultural and extra-ordinary experiences from world travel, psychonautic & metaphysical adventures, dance music and festival communities as well as prior forays into journalism, tech and professional kink. Spiritually grounded, non-dogmatic.
