Bio

Therapy is a precious and unique space, you will virtually sit with me to process and uncover the profound and deeper parts of yourself. My role and objective is to create a warm and inviting place in which you feel safe to show up as you are, to feel all the emotionally charged feelings, and relate to yourself in a way you may have not ever known or seen in yourself – in a more kind, loving, compassionate, and graceful manner.

As we therapeutically work together, we may unveil and process your day to day struggles, any approaching or future worries, or the delicate and conscious wounds from your past. We all have our personal stories, some of which are colored with joy and awe, others tainted with doubt and fear. In this process we may laugh, we may cry, we may take deep breaths and we may challenge what comes our way.

Overall, it is my intention to provide quality therapeutic services that will assist you in reaching your goals. Based upon the information that is provided to me, and the specifics of the situation, I will provide recommendations regarding treatment and we will develop treatment goals. I focus on the client’s strengths and believe we are partners in the therapeutic process. I will also periodically provide feedback regarding progress and invite your participation in the discussion.

Happy to connect with you!
