Bio

Welcome to your healing journey, life is not always easy and it can affect our psychological health and wellbeing. My priority is in building a judgment-free, anti-oppressive, safe space to work through challenging issues. I aid clients in overcoming emerging issues within the realm of sexuality, mental health, and racial identity. Some examples are:

  • Trauma
  • Complex PTSD
  • Depression, Anxiety
  • Desire, Intimacy and sexual issues.

As a mixed race South Asian women I believe it is important to personalize therapy by understanding how your life experiences and intersectionality influence your wellbeing and identity. My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing a combination of Mindfulness, Sensorimotor, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt modalities with elements of Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Social Justice and Whole Person Wellness. I work with both individuals and couples. With use of a client-focused approach, together we can formulate a plan to assist you in living a more fulfilled life.
