Bio

In joining clients as they navigate their journey of personal change and healing, my hope is to help foster self-trust and confidence, cultivate compassion for the self and others, and reconnect with the sweetness of life. I provide individual therapy to adults utilizing an integrative approach drawing from various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based psychotherapy, trauma focused models, somatic and emotionally focused therapies, psychodynamic therapy, and the expressive arts therapies. Having an eclectic style allows for tailoring the therapy approach according to the needs of each individual and assist in reaching one’s full potential. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s health, working with creatives, empathic overload and high sensitivity, issues impact first and second generation Americans, and bicultural stress and identity. Embracing diversity is a value that is close to my heart and I strive to create a space that is warm, safe, and accepting for all. If any of this resonates, please feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
