I’m open to work with individual adults, couples and family, with a special interest in working with elder adults. I’m passionate about providing support to life transitions, relationship issues, emotional distress and promoting well-being. I’m naturally curious and passionate in learning how experience shapes life, in the counseling room, I dedicate in creating a non-judgmental safe space for clients to express, explore and heal. I believe in the uniquity of every individual, looking forwards to developing “exclusive” plan for each client through in-depth exploration and genuine acceptance.
I utilize a person-centered integrative counseling approach, drawing from multiple modalities, including ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy to answer the needs of each client. I believe the resilience of people to be the most powerful “mechanism” under the healing journey.
