Bio

Many of the people I work with live in the “in-between” — between cultures, identities, roles, and expectations. Maybe you’re constantly navigating competing demands from family, community, and self. Maybe find yourself torn between honoring where you come from and feeling the sting of never fully belonging. That kind of in-betweenness can carry invisible grief, deep resilience, and stories that are layered and complex. Therapy with me is a place where all of that gets to exist. Where silence, once a survival strategy, no longer has to be your default. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, navigating life transitions, working through relationship dynamics, or exploring identity, I’m here to help you reconnect, with yourself, your story, and your values. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that have helped you survive, even if they’re no longer serving you. We’ll unpack the unspoken “rules” you’ve been carrying, and gently build new ways of living that feel more aligned, grounded, and free. Additionally, I also place focus on navigating family expectations, childhood trauma, and the emotions surrounding “never feeling good enough”.  As an inclusive and affirming therapist, I incorporate sensitivity and respect to differences in opinions and values of various cultures and welcome individuals of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities.

Whether you’re coming to therapy as an individual or as a couple, our work will be collaborative, attuned, and paced to what feels right for you. Together, we’ll make space for your story, your emotions, and your growth, one step at a time.
