I love supporting clients in their 20s and 30s who are exploring how to care for themselves, heal from attachment wounds, and nurture meaningful relationships with others & the world around them. Many of the clients I enjoy working with identify as BIPOC, queer, and/or as creatives. They are often seeking support in the areas of anxiety, stress, grief, relationships, self-care and self-compassion, community care, trauma (including racial, spiritual, relational, and developmental trauma), and identity. I especially love working with individuals that identify as mixed race or are in multicultural relationships.

As a mother of two young children, I also hope to support more parents of young children who are in tender places of healing from their own developmental wounds while showing up the best they can for their kids.
