Bio

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and reflect, address problems, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your connections with others. My clients often use therapy to alleviate stress, anxiety, post-trauma symptoms, self-esteem issues, and relational problems. Through this process many people also explore how present day patterns are related to childhood or family of origin experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and incorporates nervous system awareness to bring into balance your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

I also proudly identify as a queer Korean woman of color, and am committed to offering an affirming space for AAPI, QTBIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. I provide sessions via telehealth to adults living in Oregon, Washington, and California, and in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you’d like to explore whether we are a good fit to work together you can visit my contact page to send me a message or schedule a consultation.
