Bio

Stressors related to work, relationships, medical conditions and other key areas of life occur every single day, and sometimes they may become overwhelming and out of control. Most of the time, we are able to help ourselves out of these types of situations, but there are times when it is too challenging to handle alone. When that happens, we often find ourselves stuck and unable to react, or continue to use solutions that may not be the best for us. It can be very draining and demotivating, and spiraling out of control. We sometimes want someone to find a solution for us, while at other times, we just want someone to listen to us.

I dedicate my practice to helping you identify that issue, and together we can figure out how to process your feelings towards the problem and develop solutions. My aim is to help you find a method unique and helpful to you. Our experiences, health and cultural upbringing influence our judgment and how we approach different issues.

As a rehabilitation neuropsychologist, I pay close attention to how medical issues, difficulties in daily functioning, cultural issues and relationship aspects not often discussed can be significantly impacting your life. These are all important factors that can help you regain the control in your life. Let’s work through it together.
