Bio

“I feel like I’m stuck in the past.” “I don’t know how to make sense of what’s happened to me.” “I don’t know who I am.” Sound familiar? If you’ve ever said these words to yourself (I know I certainly have), I invite you on a journey of discovering who you are beyond what you’ve had to do to survive; to turn toward your inner wisdom and strengths; to build connection with yourself and with others; and to recognize your self-value and self-worth as differentiated from what you do and what’s happened to you.

I collaborate with clients on helping them heal from, adjust to, and accept the difficulties of the past, so that they can thrive in the present and look to the future. Work centers on empowering folks to (re)claim control of their own narratives in order to move through challenges and stuckness, and into resilience, thriving, and living their fullest lives.
