I see you.
Everyone deserves to feel understood. For many, therapy can be that place to feel seen and find ways to improve their lives. I am honored to provide that space. I offer psychological care for those experiencing a range of mental health and relational concerns. As a clinical psychologist, I guide my clients in building a life worth living.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in psychological science from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Eastern Michigan University. I was born and raised in Indianapolis within a large, multiracial family. I am interested in providing culturally sensitive and affirming mental health treatment and enjoy helping clients figure out what matters to them, do what it takes to live a values-driven life, and develop compassion for themselves and others in my clinical work. In my spare time, I love to have fun with my partner, kids, cat, and three dogs, and share meals with my large extended family. My favorite self-care activities include trying new food, listening to live music, practicing mindfulness, and taking long walks.
