Bio

The stressors we experience can significantly impact us. You may feel anxious, have recurring thoughts, and struggle with moving forward. Let’s identify what is holding you back from change. Coping with and managing change can be difficult to do alone. In therapy, we can aim to develop strategies to make things easier for you. I take a genuine and warm, client-centred approach when working with teenagers, students, & adults.

Therapy is not the same for everyone. I will tailor my work to fit your needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Care, and a bit of humour. My goal is to offer you a safe and non-judgemental space, where we can collaboratively work to improve your well-being.

Life experiences have taught me the importance of empowering marginalized communities. Beginning therapy takes courage. I will be here to listen and support you on your path. I invite you to contact me, so we can embark on your healing journey together – I respond to all emails within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t heard back.
