Bio

I create a warm environment for my clients, both individuals and couples. My psychotherapy specializations include relational issues, anxiety, parenthood, and trauma.

My psychodynamic training focuses on helping you understand your unconscious patterns by bringing them into your conscious awareness and helping you change them. Relationally trained, I focus on creating a healing connection in the therapeutic setting, a connection that you transfer outside the room to your relationships. To treat anxiety, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. With couples, I am trained in a research backed, evidence-based approach known as the Gottman Method.

I love seeing my clients thrive and live their best lives. It is so rewarding to do what I love!

Therapy can feel scary, so please do reach out. I appreciate clients who feel comfortable sharing their concerns and expectations when considering therapy.

I look forward to hearing from you!
