I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist who provides culturally sensitive integrative mental health care. I have experience in working with diverse cultural backgrounds and understand the struggles one may face in wanting to assimilate while retaining their cultural heritage. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety/depression/trauma, managing family expectations, navigating transitions, or striving for a fulfilling life, I’m dedicated to walking this path with you.
Besides prescribing medication, I believe in the benefits of functional nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and psychotherapy to process past experiences, understand ourselves better, and achieve the life you consciously choose.
In addition to my medical training, I completed the Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program at the William Alanson White Institute in NYC, deepening my understanding of the human mind and its complexities.
