Hello! My name is Rania, and I am a queer, neurodivergent, Palestinian-Egyptian and Filipino cis woman and Registered Social Worker offering compassionate, affirming, trauma-informed and liberation-oriented individual therapy services to adults (18+).
Growing up as a biracial, undiagnosed neurodivergent brown kid in Ontario to two working-class immigrant parents in the 90s, I know what it’s like to stand out but not be seen, not to be heard, to be misunderstood, to feel invalidated, to be expected to fail.
To not know where you belong. To never feel good enough.
My multiple intersecting identities and lived experiences fuel my passion and commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate, anti-racist, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist mental health support to Black, Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, and neurodivergent adults.
I’m here to provide the guidance and support you need from a place of genuine empathy and relatability. If you have any questions or feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to get in touch.
I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you in your wellness and healing journey.
