As an EMDRIA-basic trained clinician, we will work together in curating your healing experience by using tools and techniques from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), (IFS) Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Reality Therapy. Most of my clients range from 18-70 years old and are able to see me in-person or telehealth. Please feel free to reach out and I look forward to meeting you!
