Bio
Do you feel like you’re never good enough? Or maybe you’re too much? Does it ever feel like no one gets you? I’m willing to bet that you often experience shame, are hard on yourself, and are anxious about how others think of you. Shame makes us believe something is wrong with us. We try to cover up and hide even though we desperately long to be seen, known, and loved. Shame thrives on secrecy. There is a risk that if we open ourselves up to others then we’ll be judged and criticized, which can lead to more shame. Shame is universal (and most prevalent in the Asian community) and can amplify the pain we already feel.
My passion is to walk alongside people struggling with shame and anxiety and offer them a safe space to be seen and heard without judgment. I meet them with compassion and acceptance while helping them unpack and process what’s underneath the shame in order to heal. Reaching out for help when you’re stuck in shame feels impossible. It’s scary. I get that.
However, staying stuck in shame is a bigger risk because it keeps you from experiencing the life you want. It’s a heavy burden to carry but you don’t have to do it alone. I would love to help you unload that burden and live your life more freely and fully. Book a free consultation today!
