Bio
I believe that all human beings deserve to be seen, understood and feel worthy of love, abundance, and joy. I offer a warm space where you can contemplate life’s deeper meaning and to process through narratives, traumas and core belief systems that have been holding you back from creating a life that you truly love.  I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions who seek greater belonging and connection with themselves. I support clients struggling with worthiness, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, and low self-esteem to remember just how powerful they really are. As a first generational Asian-American, I also work well with Asian-American Millennials navigating the unique struggles that intersect with broader generational traumas/concerns and balancing cultural heritage with American societal norms.
I offer online therapy to residents of Colorado and California, as well as online coaching services to clients all over the world. My services support clients with finding safety and security within themselves, developing skills to regulate difficult emotions, and cultivating secure attachments. This may look like developing healthier boundaries, rewiring and reprogramming limiting beliefs, develop a self-care practice, cultivating discipline, and identifying a value system (your “north star”). This work will allow you to live a life grounded in purpose, self-compassion, inner strength, and resiliency.
We all possess the ability to improve the quality of relationships that we have with the world and most importantly the relationship that we have with our selves. Who we are holds purpose and value. Opportunities for growth are abundant, and it’s up to us to embrace the role of the hero in our personal stories. I would love to connect with you if you are looking for a heart-centered practitioner to support you with moving forward in a meaningful way.  I invite you to make a free discovery call if you have any questions regarding my services and to see if I am a good fit for your needs!
