Bio
Seeking therapy is a self-honoring choice, and I’m happy to be alongside you in this challenging, yet fulfilling journey. Although change is difficult, uncomfortable, and scary, it is sometimes necessary for personal growth. I believe in our capacity to change our unhealthy thought patterns to live the life we desire. I work with adults, couples, and older teens, addressing various concerns with a personalized, eclectic approach combining traditional and evidence-based methods. As I believe one of the most important tools for healing is the therapeutic relationship, there are two things I’d like you to know if you decide to work with me:
First, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel accepted. I approach clients with empathy, active listening, compassion, humor, and, when needed, gentle confrontation. I offer a non-judgmental environment and don’t expect you to be perfect as we’re all human. Second, if you’re self-aware and motivated to improve your life, we’ll work well together. I’ll help you identify the root of your problems and provide tools to address them. My goal is to guide you toward empowering choices that build self-trust, clarity, and personal freedom. I look forward to connecting and am honored to support your healing journey.
