I have been a mental health therapist for over a decade, working in a variety of settings including hospitals, non-profits, mental health clinics, and digital mental health startups. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with community-based organizations, spoken on panels, and conducted workshops and webinars to raise awareness and educate people about various mental health issues. Over the years, my insights have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Time Magazine, Popsugar, Buzzfeed, and many others.
I have extensive experience counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of life challenges. Thanks to my multicultural training, I can empathize with and relate to my clients, allowing me to identify their unique needs and assist them with the issues they’re facing.
I also serve on the board of a non-profit organization based in NYC called The Heal Collective, which promotes mental health advocacy and awareness in BIPOC communities. In addition, I’m the co-founder of Moxie Living, a platform that organizes wellness retreats for women.
