Bio

Struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, depression, or interpersonal issues can be tough. I get that it takes vulnerability to share your difficulties and innermost thoughts with another person. My goal is to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I can help you keep yourself accountable on changing behaviors and come up with effective plans for doing so.

I use techniques from evidence-based practices to develop an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs. We will collaborate on your journey through every step by meeting you where you are at so that you are involved in setting the pace and comfort level. I also use humor and metaphors to explain concepts so that they are understandable.
Let me help you feel more confident dealing with stress and handling discomfort. I value being honest and compassionate with clients so that there can be positive changes. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if my services are for you!
