Bio
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in New York. With extensive experience working with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, complex and intergenerational trauma, life transitions, interpersonal/relationship conflicts, and identity and multicultural issues, including immigration and acculturation. My clinical expertise includes psychological assessment, serious mental illness, and forensic and police and public safety psychology.
I help my patients explore the conflicts, patterns, and themes impacting their lives. I have expertise in evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy, and work primarily from an attachment and relational perspective, offering a safe space for deep exploration and emotional processing.
