Bio

With over two decades of specialized experience, I am committed to guiding young adults and adults through life’s complexities with deeper understanding and purpose. My practice is built on a compassionate foundation, offering tailored psychological treatment for issues such as Major Depressive Disorder (including low self-esteem, self-criticism) and anxiety (including OCD, GAD, and Panic Disorder), stress management, and navigating life transitions.

My journey in psychology began at the University of Pennsylvania, where I was fortunate to study under Dr. Martin Seligman, a pioneer in Positive Psychology. I then completed my Ph.D. at UCLA, home to the top-ranked clinical psychology program in the country. My extensive training in evidence-based therapies, combined with experience across various treatment settings, equips me to provide the support you need.

I believe in the power of therapy not just for addressing specific disorders, but as a valuable space for self-exploration and reflection. Whether you are seeking to manage stress, understand the impact of life transitions, or delve into deeper insight, I am here to guide you.

Let’s connect to discuss how we can work together on your journey toward a more positive and proactive life.
