Bio

I am an Asian American psychologist who specializes in helping my clients gain meaningful, long-term change through collaborative exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors along side practical, goal-oriented interventions. I aim to establish a safe, supportive space where we can work together to better understand your experiences so that you may take the steps to live the life you want. In doing so, the objective is to help you develop a stronger sense of self and bolster your abilities to adapt and thrive. Many of my clients are of Asian descent and are looking to work with someone who welcomes exploring how their racial and cultural identities have impacted their understanding of themselves and their relationship to others and their environment.
