You might be finding your Peak Performance on the court and in life being affected by nights where you couldn’t fall asleep because your thoughts were racing and keeping you awake, or you’re spiralling into a slump from consecutive bad games, or you’re wondering how you can keep your hot streak going, or you’ve been sidelined due to an injury and navigating that tough time working on getting back, or you’re clashing with your teammates and/or coaching staff due to differences in personality and/or opinions. All of these factors can affect your ability to deliver your peak performance on the court and in life.

What I offer is ways to find out what is truly going on and collaborate with you to come up with tactics and strategies that will translate to your Peak Performance on the court and your ability to enjoy life. We can talk things through to find some peace for your mental mind and emotions to discover your ideal mindset for dominating on and off the court.
Through counselling, you can deepen your self-awareness and understanding because sometimes, we don’t know what we want or why we react the way that we do. If you’re thinking of starting, give it a try. It’ll be entirely online, designed for convenience, flexible, and suited to your schedule. Feel free to reach out to me by email to book a time to talk.
