Are you having difficulty concentrating in normal everyday life or have put the things that matter to you aside? Do your friends or family care, but don’t know what to do? People find me when their old coping strategies stop working.
Taryn specializes primarily in trauma and couples work, but sees a wide variety of mental health issues. Trauma may often present like anxiety, depression, or other irregular behaviors (of your) everyday life.
