Bio

I believe connection in relationship is essential to a full and balanced life. Whether you’re looking to better connect with yourself, your chosen or given family, your friendships, your workplace, or even the world at large – I’m glad you’re looking for support on your journey. My goal with every person I meet is for them to feel seen and respected as a whole person and that through our work together they can continue to strengthen connection in their life.

With my values rooted in multicultural and social justice counseling, I practice therapy with a collaborative, compassionate, and open approach, acknowledging the pressures and oppressions that exist in our society and their impacts on mental health. As a queer, Pilipina American, I am passionate about working with clients of diverse racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, and class backgrounds.

I am available to meet in person and virtually. If you’re interested in working together, please feel free to reach out and schedule a 15-minute consultation call, free of charge.
