Bio

I specialize in working with individuals and couples in high-performing careers, offering evidence-based therapy services tailored to address challenges such as perfectionistic tendencies or “imposter syndrome” in the workplace, transforming unfulfilling relationship dynamics, and adjusting to the demands of parenthood or major life transitions.

Having earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in New York, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. As a bilingual Chinese American psychologist, I provide therapy in both English and 中文. My passion lies in supporting individuals as they explore their identity and untangle the influence of familial narratives on their relational world.

In our first session, I am excited to get to know you and guide you through the process of therapy. I firmly believe the heart of therapy lies in the relationship and trust we build. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person’s journey, I approach my work with warmth, attentiveness, and a non-judgemental stance. Through our work together, I will provide a safe and containing space for you to gain insight into your emotional pain and self understanding, learn strategies to foster positive and sustainable changes, and reconnect with values that will guide you towards a fulfilling life.
