Bio

I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer space for healing and personal transformation. I seek to build mutual trust so you can show up as you are, take risks, and connect with your authentic self.

I’m motivated by the belief that exploring past wounds may allow us to meet our present experience with acceptance and move forward from a place of wholeness. With warmth and curiosity, I invite you to tune in to your emotions and body to access your inner wisdom.

My areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, racial and gender identity, and complex trauma. I’m especially passionate about working with AAPI and bicultural folks and BIPOC / PGM and LGBTQ+ communities. I offer affirming psychotherapy for adults in poly/CNM and kink communities. Based on your needs and goals, I integrate experiential, somatic, and psychodynamic therapies.

It would be an honor to learn more about you and explore how your unique experiences have shaped your needs, wants, and goals.
