Bio

Andre is a Taiwanese-American social worker who specializes in working with children, youth, and LGBTQIA folx who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, or who have experienced trauma. Andre has a lot of personal and work experience with addressing trauma from migration, intergenerational trauma, and other traumatic experiences of Asian and Asian American folx, and he hopes to use this knowledge to help others who have experienced or are experiencing trauma. Andre takes a relational approach to therapy, he focuses on how the relationship between client and therapist can be a space for growing and healing. Beyond this therapeutic relationship, Andre also values how our communities and other important relationships can be a source of strength, empowerment, and wisdom that cannot be separated from what happens in the therapy room.
