Bio

I like to make people feel safe, heard, validated, and better. My goal is to help you reach the goal you want to achieve. You might be needing alternative thoughts to have less anxiety at work or quick tools for emotional regulation at home with your children, but I would like to take time and explore your past so that you can understand why your mind and body are reacting the way they are now. Self-awareness and mindfulness can be a powerful catalysis for your growth.

I practice under cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) framework. I am trained and certified with Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I have worked with adults in a group practice setting and teens in school based settings during my training.

These therapy frameworks will help you identify obstacles to accept yourself, be compassionate to yourself, create meaningful connections, and grow as a person. I welcome you to my counseling space with empathy and compassion for your cultural background and past experiences. You can email me for a free consultation.
