Bio
Clients I’ve worked with vary from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, and relationship concerns. The process allows you to enhance your quality of life through the process of discovery, exploration, and insight into experiences that have shaped you, address the presenting problems, and find more effective tools to navigate oncoming life and realities.
My person-centered therapeutic approach fosters a warm collaborative place for your goals with unconditional acceptance and positive regard and an appreciation for the uniqueness of each person. My PCT style of approach pulls from CBT, Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy as per client needs.
The misconception we always have is the idea that there’s something wrong with us and we need to fix it. Therapy is processing that it’s not what’s wrong, it’s how we’ve internalized it and can relearn to use our abilities to help us. In a warm and safe environment, I can help you learn and better handle yourself and integrate it into your current life.
