Bio

As a South Asian immigrant, queer of colour, and non-binary therapist, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic journey, understanding firsthand the complexities of navigating multiple identities. With a deep commitment to empowering individuals from queer, trans, and BIPOC communities, my practice is rooted in empathy and cultural sensitivity.

My own experiences with disabilities have shaped my approach to mental health, allowing me to connect with clients on a profound level. I recognize the challenges that arise from societal pressures and the weight of cultural expectations, especially for those grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and borderline personality disorder.

In our sessions, you will find a safe, affirming space where your identity is not just acknowledged but celebrated. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and together, we will explore the intricate layers of your experiences, helping you uncover resilience and strength within yourself. My goal is to support you in navigating your mental health struggles with compassion and understanding, guiding you toward a path of self-discovery and empowerment.

If you are seeking a therapist who genuinely resonates with your journey and is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work toward healing and growth, embracing every facet of who you are.
