Bio

If you feel like you are no longer like yourself and don’t know what went downhill or ways to recover, reach out to me.

You will have the space for deep reflections and insight-oriented conversations, using the power of our therapeutic relationship to create safety and growth. I help adult individuals to heal from short-term and long-term trauma. I am excited to learn about you and hear your stories.

Many of my clients have experienced childhood and adulthood trauma, ongoing relationship/community/family trauma, accidents/injuries/natural disasters that they had to freeze, fight, flight in order to survive from those moments but continue to suffer in their daily living. I welcome you to start processing what happened.

I offer online EMDR therapy to expedite the healing process. You can also expect weekly counseling sessions to be open and nonjudgmental in a confidential setting. Our conversations will lead you to reflect through the week and bring you back to check-in during the session.

I have a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Wisconsin at Madison. I am an EMDR trained clinician, through a series of training approved by EMDR International Association.
