I don’t think any of us need to be told life is hard, though sometimes we could all use a listening ear and support. Are there days when life is overwhelming? Is it becoming difficult to set boundaries with others? Or maybe you’re coping with medical challenges or a recent loss? I can’t promise a magical cure, but I can promise a space where you can feel safe to vent, laugh, cry, and explore your experiences. I work with adults (with focused experience with health care workers, AAPI clients, and elders) who are coping with feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.

As a Filipina American with a background in healthcare, my approach is collaborative, racially competent, and utilizes evidence based interventions. Our first session will be focused on reviewing your history and collaborating together to develop a treatment plan to create a strong foundation and stay focused on your goals for our work together. Moving forward, I incorporate interventions from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support clients as they work towards building resilience and a flexible mindset.

So many of us provide compassion and support to others but often forget to leave some for ourselves. If you feel like we might be a good fit, I invite you to email me for a free, no-pressure 15 minute consultation call to learn more about me and my style.
