My passion is to support children, teens, adults, and parents to overcome various adversities, and self actualize. My specialties are processing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, women’s issues, building self-esteem and self awareness, ADHD, secondary effects of learning differences/disabilities, multi ethnicities/cultures, and spirituality. My style of support is holistic and integrative, incorporating Brainspotting (BSP), Humanistic/Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Play/Expressive Art Therapy, while utilizing innate strengths.
