Bio

Hello!

My name is Cecily Davis, and I am an LPC Associate supervised by Zul Estrada, LPC-S. I am based in El Paso, Texas providing tele-mental health services across the state of Texas. I am able to work with all populations and use many different therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, mindfulness, CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.

From a person-centered focus, a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is the tool that creates the opportunity for sustainable change and growth. By focusing on the attachment base of therapy, I try to provide and establish a safe and healing point of connection from which I can help to start assisting my clients with implementing coping skills, time management skills, relationship skills, and beginning the process of working through past traumas.

Counseling and therapy can become a vital tool for children, teens, and adults. With the aid of teletherapy, seeing a counselor or therapist is easier than ever before. Find a quiet place, pop in your earbuds, and open your laptop. Give my office a call or send an email to cecily.r.davis@gmail.com to register for services. Let’s meet soon.
