Bio

It seems everyday we are met with overwhelming and triggering messages, demands, and images from all areas of our lives. No wonder you are feeling burnt out and disconnected like you just can’t catch a break. As much as it makes sense to want to hide and distract ourselves from it all, I’m glad that you are finally prioritizing the needs of your mind and body and thinking about getting help. I believe that healing happens within a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship. Let’s make a plan together to develop some strengths and skills to move forward. I can guide you to manage stress/anxiety/sleep, understand unhelpful patterns, process loss + trauma, and improve communication/relationships.

I am a first generation settler born in Hong Kong and grew up in colonial Canada, but have also travelled and lived in different countries. I have a breadth of experience having worked in both public and private sectors for close to a decade now. I find that I work well with other fellow creatives, people in helping professions, and QTIPOCs.

Please feel free to browse my website for more information and I offer a free no commitment 30 min consult call for any questions that you may have to see if we would be a good fit.
