Bio

Hello! I’m Chantel (or “Cẩm” – for the Vietnamese diaspora) and I am a counsellor that meets you where you are at, hoping to shake up some feelings, sit with them and let them move us into sustainable, community liberation.

Through Khoe Therapy, I offer space to connect through counselling with a justice-oriented lens and move from institutional care to community care. I currently provide virtual individual counselling sessions to folks in so-called Canada.

I am a 2nd-gen, Vietnamese-Chinese, queer, femme, and settler on the stolen lands of the Kwantlen, Stó:lō, Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla, and Semiahmoo nations. I am currently practicing on the stolen lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations.

I grew up torn between spiritual practices, cultures and identities; these experiences led me to pursue my own truth and responsibility to community liberation and care.
