Bio

Hello, I’m Cindy. Nestled amidst the beautiful landscapes of Oregon, I’ve had the privilege of being a guiding light for many as a marriage and family therapist. Each individual and family I’ve worked with has taught me something new, reaffirming my belief in the resilience of the human spirit.

Every client is unique, and so is my approach to therapy. Drawing from the wisdom of System theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Gottman methods, I strive to offer tailored guidance. But beyond techniques, my commitment to being culturally sensitive and trauma-informed is rooted in genuine empathy and understanding. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, trauma, immigrant experiences, or racial trauma, know that you’re not alone.

Life’s journey is filled with ups and downs. And sometimes, we all need a compassionate hand to hold. I believe in your ability to change, grow, and flourish. Together, we’ll unearth your inner strengths, helping you forge healthier relationships and create a life filled with purpose and joy. Your story matters, and it would be an honor to be a part of your transformative journey.
