I use psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapies. I often help people wanting to heal from past experiences, overcome fear and anxiety, and build the life you desire. I am also foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and incorporate mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and skills training with people who want to be empowered with tangible strategies for change.
