Bio
It is difficult to feel stuck in and overwhelmed by recurring issues in your life. I aim to create a safe environment for collaborative healing and growth. Whether you struggle with family dynamics, life transitions, emotional coping, or other difficult experiences, my approach focuses on helping foster curiosity to explore yourself, courage to face any challenges in your path, and the creativity it takes to discover unexpected solutions or resolution.
While I am currently a MACP student completing my practicum, I also have a MS degree in psychology, with extra certifications focused on addiction, autism and ABA. In addition to this academic background, my own history and experience with the benefits of mindfulness have made this a natural addition to my psychotherapy approach.
I consider my each encounter with a potential client as an opportunity to connect, to be genuine, to learn and to help. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation session if anything in this profile strikes you!
