One of my primary goals is to empower my clients– to help you feel ready and able to try different things, and create the life you’d like to see.
My typical clients are adults navigating difficult relationships, learning to say “yes” to themselves, working to take control back from their thoughts, and trying to separate what is comfortable from what they want.
Our work together will draw from multiple modalities to best suit your needs. While this includes modalities such as ACT, CBT, and DBT, I would rather make sure we are working collaboratively, having open dialogues, and exploring new perspectives and tools. I want to help you be fair with yourself, holding yourself accountable when needed, and giving you credit when credit’s due.
I live and work from Seattle, WA. However, I am licensed with PsyPact, which allows me to see clients from many other states. When I’m not working, I am probably watching the latest historical drama or reality show, baking goodies for my friends, or in a cuddle puddle with my dog and two cats (not all together though, sadly).
