With 10 years experience working with youth and adults in wilderness therapy, psychiatry and substance use outpatient, and primary care, I am highly skilled in treating a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My professional passions include neurobiology and re-integration, mind-body connections, relational health, intergenerational healing, and resilience.
